Medium roasted to its best flavor profile. Though this bean is often known for its ability to hold a very dark roast, it is our opinion that Peruvian has a much sweeter characteristic when roasted as a medium. As a Central American coffee, it too has its nutty appeal, with amazingly smooth light acidity. This is another fruity dessert coffee, also great with a traditional American breakfast.
