Get it while you can! El Salvador has been off the market for a few years and we’re lucky to get a fresh crop from this spring. We roast this as a lighter medium roast, which balances the fruitiness with the nuttiness but still preserves some of the delicate floral nuances. The nougat profile gives it a creaminess with hints of strawberry and cherry.
