We use only Supremo beans from Colombia. The bean is screen sized 18 and 19, which is a larger bean. In our Roast Master’s opinion, this lends itself to a coffee that can be roasted light and still have a full body and rich follow through. Traditionally in Colombia they roasted Colombian coffee very light. This coffee is best suited for fruity desserts and great after a creamy pasta dish.
