Snicker Bar Salad

This is the kind of salad most kids can get their minds around. A light, creamy sweet and sour mixture of delight. Do you have extra Halloween mini bars to use? Or just need an activity for those kids to busy their hands away from summer screen time? It’s a simple dessert the whole family can help make. Enjoy!

1 pkg instant pudding (vanilla) – prepared: 1 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla (mix to thicken).
Add 1 (8oz) Cool Whip or better yet, step it up a notch with Homemade whipped cream: Whip heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form, add in a tspn of vanilla extract and about 1/4 cup of powdered sugar (to taste). Whip until incorporated and firm peaks form…not too long that it turns to butter!

Then add: 2 Granny Smith or Braeburn apples, cut up, 2 unpeeled 2 Snicker candy bars, cut up and 2 bananas, optional (add last just before serving)
