Coffee Fun Fact

Did you know that the most expensive coffee ever purchased at auction went for $2,273.00 per pound just last year from the Jose Alfredo Gesha Series? Apparently this Panamanian coffee was so exquisite, it was described as evoking feelings of “multifaceted inspiration, erotic innervation, epiphany, possibility” and “femininity”… and also tastes like “the color pink.” WOW! We here at Brown Dog Coffee Company do not admittedly know what the color pink tastes like, but we are sure that our coffee also will evoke feelings of multifaceted inspiration, as well as wake you up in the morning and make you feel good too…..all for $15 a pound!   Just sayin.
