This coffee hails from the birthplace of coffee itself. The story goes that in 850 AD an Ethiopian goat herder called Kaldi began to notice his goats dancing with energy after eating the cherries of the coffee tree. He took some home to try and the rest is history!
We roast our Ethiopian light to preserve the delicate balance of floral aromas and bright lemon undertones. This coffee has moderate acidity with smooth body and is a perfect example of the unique Ethiopian profile characterized by citrus & floral.
