Chia Tea Muffins
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350°, or until toothpick is mostly clean.
First steam 1 cup almond milk
Add contents of 2 republic of chai tea bags
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix together in mixing bowl:
1 and 2⁄3 cup flour
2 and 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
2⁄3 cup brown sugar
About 1⁄2 cup almonds(not all of them, some will go on top of muffins)
Mix together in small bowl:
2 large eggs
A little over 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
Add eggs and oil to the cooled milk mixture
Add wet ingredients to dry, leave slightly bumpy, makes for a fluffier muffin
Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
Sprinkle remaining almonds plux the streusel on top before baking

1 Spiced Cake Mix
1 Small Can of Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup of chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat the over to 325 degrees.
Mix spice cake mixture with the pumpkin puree. Scoop into lined or well sprayed muffin tin. Bake 18-20 minutes. Cool and enjoy with your favorite Brown Dog Coffee.
