Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Save your seeds from that pumpkin masterpiece you carved! Scoop them directly into a pot or colander to wash them, lay them flat to dry – just leave them overnight if you can, then roast them sweet, spicy or savory.
Preheat the oven at 300 degrees, spread out the dried seeds in a thin layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil (or oil of your choice). Now it’s time to get creative. Sprinkle with sea salt and garlic powder. Or if you’re looking for a sweet fix, sprinkle with sea salt then about 15 minutes into baking, drizzle with maple syrup or honey and cinnamon powder. Maybe you want something a little different? Try a sprinkle of sea salt with paprika, chili powder and a touch of cumin.

Hi Brittany,
I’m sorry but we don’t give out our recipes. But I can tell you that our chicken salad has dill in it, and no spinach.
Thank you very much for coming to Brown Dog Coffee Company.

Thanks for asking, Mike. No it’s not the same recipe. Happy Fall to you.
